Mr. Kevin Flick is a tactical leader with 24 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operations. He started his career as an investment professional at Goldman Sachs and Hicks Muse private equity and later as a senior accounting consultant at Ernst & Young.
For the past 17 years, Mr. Flick has served as an Executive Officer of six public and private companies. He and his team secured $1.1 billion in funding to fuel growth enterprises, resulting in an average return on investment of 5.7x. He listed three companies on NASDAQ, NYSE, and TSX to provide liquidity for stakeholders.
He is a data-driven servant leader who prioritizes revenue growth, process optimization, and cost reduction. He has a strong track record with transparent and reliable financial reporting, forecasting, planning, and investor relations. He excels at building and managing exceptional teams. He graduated with a BBA in Finance and was awarded Summa Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma. He obtained his Executive MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
