Join the risk or compliance function of a leading financial services firm, contributing to monitoring, reporting and regulatory change.

You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Risk & Compliance. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.

• Monitor risk exposures and produce reporting
• Support regulatory submissions
• Maintain monitoring programme
• Engage with first line teams on risk issues

We are looking for a high-potential candidate with a strong academic record and a genuine, demonstrable interest in risk & compliance. You don't need to know everything on day one — but you should be intellectually curious, commercially minded and able to think clearly under pressure. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.

• 2:1 in a numerate degree
• Knowledge of FCA Handbook / Basel where relevant
• Strong attention to detail

• Spring week, insight day or society leadership experience
• Second European language
• Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
