About The Team
You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Sales & Trading. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.

Who You'll Be
We are looking for an ambitious professional with relevant sales & trading experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and balancing multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.
- 1–3 years in sales or trading
- FCA registered or willing to obtain
- Strong commercial drive
Nice To Have
- Progress towards CFA, ACA, ACCA or CISI qualifications
- Second European language
- Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
- Strong network within the wider sales & trading community
- Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins
