About The Role

A leading private equity fund is hiring across the investment team. You will work on sourcing, diligence, execution and portfolio value creation across European buyouts.

About The Team

You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Private Equity. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead LBO modelling and valuation for new investments
  • Manage due diligence workstreams with advisors
  • Develop investment papers for IC approval
  • Support portfolio company board reporting

Who You'll Be

We are looking for an ambitious professional with relevant private equity experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and balancing multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.

  • 2–4 years in IB (M&A or Leveraged Finance) or top-tier consulting
  • Strong LBO modelling skills
  • Top-tier academic background
  • Demonstrable interest in private markets

Nice To Have

  • Progress towards CFA, ACA, ACCA or CISI qualifications
  • Second European language
  • Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
  • Strong network within the wider private equity community
  • Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins
