About The Role
Join a high-impact finance team partnering with commercial leaders on budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
About The Team
You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Corporate Finance. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare board and investor reporting
- Partner with commercial teams on KPIs
- Support annual budgeting cycle
Who You'll Be
We are looking for a high-potential candidate with a strong academic record and a genuine, demonstrable interest in corporate finance. You don't need to know everything on day one — but you should be intellectually curious, commercially minded and able to think clearly under pressure. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified or studying
- 1–3 years in FP&A, audit or banking
- Advanced Excel; PowerBI a plus

- Spring week, insight day or society leadership experience
- Second European language
- Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
- Strong network within the wider corporate finance community
- Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins
