You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Hedge Funds. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.

We are looking for a high-potential candidate with a strong academic record and a genuine, demonstrable interest in hedge funds. You don't need to know everything on day one — but you should be intellectually curious, commercially minded and able to think clearly under pressure. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.

• 2–5 years in sell-side research, buy-side or banking
• Track record of differentiated stock pitches
• Strong modelling and accounting

• Spring week, insight day or society leadership experience
• Second European language
