About The Role
Join a high-performing investment banking team advising corporates and sponsors on complex M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions across EMEA.
About The Team
You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Investment Banking. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, merger)
- Prepare client pitch books and information memoranda
- Support live transaction execution end-to-end
- Conduct industry and company research
Who You'll Be
We are looking for an ambitious professional with relevant investment banking experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and balancing multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.
- 2:1 or above from a top-tier university
- Strong technical accounting and valuation skills
- Previous internship or relevant finance experience
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Nice To Have
- Progress towards CFA, ACA, ACCA or CISI qualifications
- Second European language
- Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
- Strong network within the wider investment banking community
- Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins
