A leading real estate investment manager is hiring across acquisitions and asset management for core-plus and value-add strategies.

You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Real Estate. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.

• Build Argus and Excel cash flow models
• Conduct market and tenant research
• Prepare IC papers
• Support quarterly investor reporting

We are looking for an ambitious professional with relevant real estate experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and balancing multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.

• 1–3 years in real estate investment, banking or valuation
• Strong modelling skills
• Interest in European RE markets

• Progress towards CFA, ACA, ACCA or CISI qualifications
• Second European language
• Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
• Strong network within the wider real estate community
• Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins
