About The Role

Join a leading global markets team covering institutional and corporate clients across major asset classes.

About The Team

You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Sales & Trading. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships

  • Liaise with trading and structuring desks

Who You'll Be

We are looking for a high-potential candidate with a strong academic record and a genuine, demonstrable interest in sales & trading. You don't need to know everything on day one — but you should be intellectually curious, commercially minded and able to think clearly under pressure. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.

  • 1–3 years in sales or trading
  • FCA registered or willing to obtain
  • Strong commercial drive

Nice To Have

  • Spring week, insight day or society leadership experience
  • Second European language
  • Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
  • Strong network within the wider sales & trading community
  • Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins

Interview Process

    Meet the senior decision-makers, discuss the case study and explore long-term fit with the team and firm.
