About The Role
Join a leading restructuring practice working on live debtor-side and creditor-side mandates across European special situations.
About The Team
You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Restructuring. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Build 13-week cash flow and liquidity models
- Analyse capital structures and recovery scenarios
- Support negotiations with creditors
- Draft restructuring proposals
Who You'll Be
We are looking for an ambitious professional with relevant restructuring experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and balancing multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.
- 1–3 years in restructuring, leveraged finance or TS
- Strong modelling and credit analysis
- Resilience and commercial mindset
Nice To Have
- Progress towards CFA, ACA, ACCA or CISI qualifications
- Second European language
- Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
- Strong network within the wider restructuring community
- Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins
