Join a top-ranked Transaction Services team running buy-side and sell-side FDD across mid-market and large-cap deals.

You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Transaction Services. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.

• Lead day-to-day execution of FDD engagements
• Analyse quality of earnings, net debt and working capital
• Draft DD reports and present findings
• Coach junior team members

We are looking for an ambitious professional with relevant transaction services experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and balancing multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.

• ACA / ACCA / CA qualified
• 2+ years in TS, audit or corporate finance
• Strong Excel and report writing

• Progress towards CFA, ACA, ACCA or CISI qualifications
• Second European language
• Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
• Strong network within the wider transaction services community
• Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins
