About The Role
Join a high-impact finance team partnering with commercial leaders on budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
About The Team
You will join a close-knit team of senior professionals with deep expertise across Corporate Finance. The group is structured to give junior team members early exposure to live work, direct contact with clients and senior leadership, and a clear path of progression. Mentorship is taken seriously — you will be paired with a senior team member from day one and given the support, feedback and stretch to develop quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly forecasting and variance analysis
- Prepare board and investor reporting
- Partner with commercial teams on KPIs
- Support annual budgeting cycle
Who You'll Be
We are looking for an ambitious professional with relevant corporate finance experience who is ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one. You will be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, communicating complex ideas clearly and balancing multiple workstreams. The successful candidate will combine technical strength with maturity, judgement and a collaborative mindset.
- ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified or studying
- 1–3 years in FP&A, audit or banking
- Advanced Excel; PowerBI a plus
Nice To Have
- Progress towards CFA, ACA, ACCA or CISI qualifications
- Second European language
- Exposure to cross-border or international transactions
- Strong network within the wider corporate finance community
- Demonstrable side-projects, publications or competition wins
